- Supervise gardening staff – provide direction and oversight; evaluate performance and give feedback for development; communicate
- Train and develop gardening staff
- Meet with inventory control manager to review product movement and profitability
- Coordinate with marketing staff regarding educational sessions; include staff in seminars
- Preserve the culture and values of the Wabash by upholding, modeling and enforcing appropriate behaviors
- Keep CEO and operations manager well informed of issues, concerns, potential opportunities, successes, staff performance and achievements

Carry-out, Stock and Clean-up
Job Duties
- Assist customers – engage them in conversation
- Carry out heavy purchases
- Assist with sales
- Help receive orders
- Stock and restock shelves
- Animal care – on a daily basis clean, maintain animal pens. Ensure that they have fresh food and water. Other animal care duties as needed.

Maintenance/Driver
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance to keep the facilities operating
- Perform or supervise third party’s work
- Perform repair of broken, leaking or clogged plumbing
- Maintain the buildings’ HVAC equipment
- Work with mechanical systems, tools or machines for maintenance and repair
- Operate fork-lift
